As part of the “Deckon on Campus” program, Deckon met with architecture students at Beykoz University, creating a direct platform for exchange between academic learning and professional practice.
The session focused on suspended ceiling systems and their role in spatial quality, particularly in terms of acoustic performance, material selection, and integration within architectural design processes. Real project examples were used to demonstrate how system decisions directly influence spatial experience in educational and public buildings.
The discussion also addressed design-to-implementation workflows, highlighting how architectural intent is translated into manufacturable and installable systems through technical coordination.
Through this engagement, Deckon continues to support architectural education while strengthening its position as a practice-driven manufacturer actively contributing to the design discourse.
